Reliability Rule Revisions

  

RULE POSTINGS

The Reliability Rule Revisions page is provided to implement NYSRC Policy No. 1, "Procedure for Reviewing, Developing, Modifying, & Disseminating NYSRC Reliability Rules" (Policy No. 1-3 is attached below). All Market Participants have the ability to participate in the process of developing new, or modifying existing NYSRC Reliability Rules, including the submittal of requests to develop or modify these rules, and to comment on draft rules. The process is described in Policy No. 1-3 attached. All requests and comments shall be submitted to the NYSRC Executive Committee Secretary by e-mail to raymond40@aol.com.

All draft rules, along with requests and comments submitted to the Secretary will be posted on this page upon receipt.
