Increased IRM Adopted by the NYSRC and Filed with FERC

On December 22, 2022, the New York State Reliability Council (“NYSRC”) submitted a filing to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) for approval of the Installed Reserve Requirement (“IRM”) for the New York Control Area (”NYCA”) to 20.0%, an increase of 0.4% from the previous year.
